Bill Davis lives works and plays in Colorado’s foothills and mountains and has extensive knowledge of areas throughout Jefferson, Summit, Park, and Saguache Counties. He has worked with client’s needs spanning from listings and purchases of primary and second homes, luxury homes and investments, recreational properties and acreage, horse properties, farms and ranches, and large agricultural properties including irrigated farms and even a 66,000 acre cattle ranch and alfalfa farm. Prior to real estate Bill spent 22 years building custom residential mountain resort homes in Summit and Park counties. His vast experience with the circumstances presented in the high altitude climate, as well as guiding both local residents and out of town 2nd homeowners through the process of home construction has given him a unique and helpful perspective on mountain and unique properties. He has also worked side by side with ranchers and farmers developing and maintaining the resources of properties, developing and maintaining water rights, and improving facilities for cattle management and grazing. An avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoys horses, hiking, hunting, golf, snowshoeing, and being out with his Labradors. He is also active in his community, volunteering with the American Red Cross, on advisory boards of various HOA's, as well as a governmental economic steering committee. |
