One of the huge benefits of the Bear Bones Ranch is the independence of a private ranch while simultaneously preserving the opportunity of access and participation in an additional 2250 acres of private land that is solely shared by the owners within the Bear Basin Ranch in cooperation with the operations of the Bear Basin Pack Trips and Outfitting.
Due to the structure of the Bear Bones Ranch owning a 110 acre parcel within the Bear Basin Ranch, the owners participate in the Common Tenancy Agreement for Bear Basin Ranch. This grants the owners of each parcel certain rights and privileges and easements for the recreational use and enjoyment of all parcels, as well as preserving and protecting the property in an environmentally sound manner and providing for the continued operation of the property as an agricultural property.
